About us
We are a specialist independent retail property consultancy working throughout Germany. Based in Düsseldorf, we have insight across the whole country. We have an international network of like-minded consultants allowing us to access different markets, developments and trends. Our team of experts specilaises in the leasing of all forms of retail properties with a particular focus on shopping centres and out of town retail units. This is our DNA and this is where we win.
The PRIME leasing team offers Landlords a wide spectrum of services looking at conceptional design, considering a sustainable tenant mix, detailed consideration of footfall generating operators, potential rental income all leading to a successful leasing campaign.

Alastair arbeitet seit über 30 Jahren im deutschen Einzelhandelsimmobiliensektor und war an großen Projekten wie dem Centro Oberhausen sowie an einem Portfolio von Fachmarktzentren beteiligt, das Investitionen von über 1 Milliarde € in ganz Deutschland tätigte.
Marcel verfügt über 25 Jahre Erfahrung im Immobiliensektor und hat verschiedene Shopping-Center sowie große Fachmarktimmobilien bundesweit vermietet. Zuletzt war er maßgeblich an der Neuverhandlung und Wiedervermietung zahlreicher Lebensmittel-Warenhäuser in ganz Deutschland beteiligt.
Sandra has over 17 years working in the retail property sector, initially in Centro Oberhausen and then at Prime Real Estate Consulting and automatically CBRE. She has joined Prime Retail Consulting to continue to work with Alastair & Marcel as their Executive Assistant and is responsible for the day to day running of the office.
Corinna began her property career some 14 years ago as an assistant at Prime Real Estate Consulting and automatically thereafter CBRE. She joined Prime Retail Consulting to continue her role in the legal administrative area of the firm.
Christopher is an inhouse lawyer with over 10 years experience in the retail property sector. He initially joined Prime Real Estate Consulting before moving on to work at an International Fashion Retail Company in the legal department handling property and corporate matters. He teamed up again with Alastair and Marcel at CBRE and consequently moved across to Prime Retail Consulting where he handles all lease documentation and legals points.
Niklas started leasing shopping centres as a Leasing Analyst at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield particularly working on Westfield Ruhr Park and the major regional scheme of Westfield Centro Oberhausen. He joined CBRE dealing with a number of centres throughout the country and has followed Marcel and Alastair to Prime Retail Consulting to continue to expand this role.
